As Director, Campaign Operations and Analysis you will manage campaign development, measurement, test and analysis to support sales and service in the achievement of business objectives. In this capacity you will work across the marketing organization to assist in the development of intuitive data driven campaigns which will enable Liberty Mutual reach new and existing customers for the purposes of generating new business, cross and up sell opportunities and product education. This is a newly created role which will have a major impact to the bottom line performance of the organization as we enter a period of major growth.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Management (CM)

* Campaign & Lead Development

* Leverages test and learn experiences to improve campaign design

* Works with PM marketers on specifics of audience selection, call to action and marketing treatment
Campaign Execution & Lead Delivery

* Conduct ad hoc audience queries and segmentation schemes

* Manages relationships with external campaign execution partners (e.g., Unica analysts, DM houses, ExactTarget)

* Offer technical expertise to optimize and campaign effectiveness through deep use of Unica Campaigns and CM datamart functionality

* Leads the CM team and Distribution systems to identify and build new campaign functionality. Includes review of Unica and other CRM tools and recurring gap analysis of current system.

* Conduct quality assurance on campaigns before launch and monitors execution
Campaign Reporting & Measurement

* Directs business analysts and participates in the analysis and distribution of campaign results

* Works with Distribution Systems and vendors to maintain and enhance CM and reporting databases

Campaign Feedback & Improvement

* Develops CM's test and learn capability. Builds and manages a plan to conduct basic tests initially, then ramps into complex testing matrices and

* techniques which drive response rate lift

* Develop lead scoring and prioritization algorithms

* Maintains campaign best practices library
Marketing Data Strategy

* Provides input in the marketing data strategy development process. Helps coordinates efforts from PM marketing management, Distribution Systems and PM Information Management

* Oversees CM data model. Leverages understanding of CM data model to improve campaign design. Advises other PM personnel on how best to access CM data

* Expands CM data model for new marketing opportunities through ongoing review and capture of PM data (marketing, sales, service, claims, etc

Requirements

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree with concentration in marketing, communications or business required, or equivalent.

* Minimum 10+ years experience in Marketing Campaign development and Analysis.

* Advanced written and oral communication skills required.

* Strong Analytical skills.

* Previous working experience with working with working with marketing applications to include: Unica, and ExactTarget preferred.

* In Depth experience working with large data models.

* Previous experience working with distribution systems and vendors for campaign execution.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple priorities.

* Strong organizational skills.

* Knowledge of standard computer applications and databases to be able to manage data and produce reports.
