As a Marketing Campaign Analyst you will perform business research and analysis in support of our marketing organization that's designed to improve and support decisions that contribute to the implementation of our next generation marketing programs. In this capacity you will crystallize requirements from analysts, conduct data analysis on population characteristics, build and manage campaigns in Unica, execute tests and advise analysts and marketing team on your results. This is a newly created role in our marketing division which will have a significant impact on our abilities to deliver intuitive marketing programs during a period of major growth for Liberty Mutual.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Management (CM)
Campaign & Lead Development
* Shares insight on campaign design issues based on past experiences with similar campaigns
* Conducts exploratory analysis to on campaign population characteristics (size, geography, business quality, etc
¦) to support
* Advises marketers with direct access to Unica Campaigns on campaign design and construction
Campaign Execution & Lead Delivery
* Receives, vets and documents campaign requirements provided by MCLM, DCO and PM marketers
* Builds or updates campaigns in Unica per requirements from PM marketers
* Manages Unica Campaigns building blocks (suppressions, strategic segments, etc
¦). Creates campaign templates to accommodate new campaigns
* Works with PM Distribution Systems to monitor maintenance and usability of Unica Campaigns systems
Campaign Reporting & Measurement
* Assists team with running of recurring and ad hoc reports
* Manages reporting provided to Field users, including collection and processing of reporting change requirements and ad hoc analysis
* Works with team members and PM Distribution Systems to maintain and enhance the CM and reporting data marts
* Campaign Feedback & Improvement
* Ensures testing strategy is executed within Campaigns tool, including test cell validation, sample size evaluation and control group inclusion
* Maintains test and learn best practice library

Requirements |
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
* Previous experience working with Unica
* Strong analytical abilities
* Strong understanding of marketing campaign concepts and creation in a consumer marketing environment.
* Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply standard policies, procedures and other established guidelines.
* Effective analytical/problem solving and research skills; effective communication skills for exchanging routine and non-routine information (verbally and in writing) with people inside and outside the Company; proficiency with personal computers, spreadsheets and database software.
