Description

Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Expectations include the following:
To ensure that all charitable monetary gifts primarily received by check through U.S. mail, credit card, cash or on-line transaction have been coded, receipted and posted accurately in a timely manner to the Raiser's Edge database.

To open and sort mail and prepare outgoing acknowledgement correspondence for all gifts received in a timely manner; To receive and direct telephone calls; screen, respond and direct as appropriate; Prepares outgoing mail, locates and attaches appropriate information to correspondence to be answered by school including e-mail and fax.

To assist with reconciling financial information from the Raiser' Edge database with the Business Office; to prepare deposits slips and deliver to the Business Office for deposit to the bank.
To assist with general traffic management for all mail requests; To assist with routine database maintenance projects; update constituent groups list such as parents, volunteers, students, etc.

To perform duties and task as assigned.


Requirements

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; and three years related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience; Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office and relational database software; Ability to multi-task, organize with attention to detail and meet deadlines; Ability to reconcile bank deposits.
