The Customer Account Manager is responsible for ultimate satisfaction and retention of select patient accounts. Relies on proven track record of personal success to determine best practices for capturing both new hemophilia and former hemophilia patients. Positions him/herself as exclusive point of patient contact and subject matter expert regarding company products and services. Actively engages in continuous learning and is viewed as an industry expert and trusted advisor to patients. Collaborates with clinical care teams, reimbursement department and sales group and provides keen insight and forward thinking solutions to ensure the company's competitive advantage.
Anticipates business challenges, trends and opportunities and adapts work methods to ensure positive outcomes as well as long term successes.
Creates a comprehensive personal results driven strategy in order to meet or exceed established patient recruitment and retention goals.
Maintains frequent value added contact (via telephone and in person) with assigned patients to introduce company products, evaluate patient needs and encourage patient loyalty.
Leverages understanding of the healthcare market and relies on interpersonal relationship building skills to effectively recapture former patients and bring them back in service.
Participates in development, implementation, and evaluation of the overall area sales/patient service strategy.
Acts as a respected team member and leader by openly sharing information and ideas. Respects the opinions and contributions of others and sees the value of differing view points.
Engages in continuous learning opportunities and can represent the company as a subject matter expert at designated industry events/meetings.

Requirements |
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience and 5 years of relevant work experience.
Preferences
Master's Degree or equivalent years of experience and 8 years of relevant experience in public relations or social services, preferably in health care.
