Our Foster Care and Adoption Program currently seeks and Adminsitrative Assistant to provide support to the Intensive Foster Care/Adoption Program.  Qualified candidate will provide support to the Senior Manager overseeing the Residential Division, provide hgih level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling in service functions such as preparing correspondence, answering the phone, receiving visitors, arranging confernce rooms, etc...

Requirements

Excellent word processing and computer skills (proficiency in Word, Excel, and Access)


Excellent communication and organizational skills with superior attention to detail


Ability to work well with staff, customers, and public


Accurate, organized approach to office procedures and excellent telphone skills


Publisher experience a plus


Bachelors in a a business related field preferred
